Fitness Test #5 (David Howell)

My last time we did measurements 1/28/2014. here's that post 

We'll be better about testing.

Total weight 235 1/2 lb
Measurements
Neck 17 inches
Chest 46 1/2 inches on chest nlps
Belly 49 inches on belly button
Hip 49 1/2 inches on 8 inches down from belly button
Right Thigh 24 inches on 8 inches from kneecap
Left Thigh 24 inches
Right Calve 16 inches on 4 inches down from kneecap
Left Calve 16 inches
Right Upper Arm 15 1/4 inches on 3 inches from elbow
Left Upper Arm 14 inches
Total inches 271 1/4 add 4 1/4 inches!

Now For Fitness Test
Warm up exercises:
Hi knees 10 reps on each side.
Hip circles 10 reps on each side.
Side lunge stretch 5 reps on each side.
Toe touch raises 5 reps.
Drink water / rest for 30 seconds.
Again.
Hi knees 10 reps on each side.
Hip circles 10 reps on each side.
Side lunge stretch 5 reps on each side.
Toe touch raises 5 reps.
Drink water / rest for 1 minute.

Now for the test
Do as many Bodyweight squats at/or close to a 45 degree angle for 2 minutes.
(notes tester can stop and rest)
first set 61 reps
rest & stretch legs for 3 minutes
second set 71 reps
did 13 less squats then before but I was tired today.
